Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to save you time and get you practicing with clarity.
How long do I retain access to purchased courses?
You receive lifetime access, including updates to the purchased course version. Live components (like office hours) are scheduled separately and may rotate topics.
What level should I start with?
If you can comfortably read simple lead sheets and keep steady time, begin with Intermediate Voicings. Newer players should start with our Beginner Foundations to build timing and posture first.
How much daily practice do you recommend?
Start with 25–40 minutes, five days a week. Use short constraint-based loops: two bars, one voicing shape, one rhythmic cell. Increase duration only when your timing is consistent.
Do I need special gear or software?
Any weighted keyboard is fine. We provide PDFs and time-based practice cues; no proprietary software is required.
What is your refund policy?
If a course clearly doesn’t fit your needs, contact us within 14 days of purchase and before completing 30% of the material. We’ll work with you on a refund or exchange.
Can I get feedback on my playing?
Yes. Selected tiers include monthly feedback. You’ll submit a short clip focused on one skill—voicing clarity, time feel, or motif development—and receive specific coaching.
Do you provide certificates?
We provide completion badges that document the skills you demonstrated. They’re designed for motivation and personal tracking rather than accreditation.
What’s the difference between a Course and a Bundle?
Courses target one core skill deeply. Bundles integrate multiple courses into a guided path for a specific outcome, like playing standards with modern voicings.
How often are courses updated?
We improve lessons iteratively based on student outcomes—clarifying examples, adding drills, and updating pacing twice a year.
